Setting and binding for eldoc buffer

Sometimes the minibuffer gets overwritten when eldoc is active, and in the
case of SLY, it is only visible when point is within the symbol for which you
want documentation.  I added a binding to bring up the eldoc buffer, and set
its default position and size.
