mu4e: read SMTP password from pass; drop obsolete settings

Enable auth-source-pass so smtpmail reads the password from the
mail.earman.xyz pass entry, the same entry that mbsync and msmtp use.
Move the smtpmail queue out of the synced maildir. Remove
mu4e-compose-reply-to-address and mu4e-maildir, which mu 1.14 ignores.
