Zettel are now of the form <Datestamp>.org, in ~/org/kasten.  Defun
erfassen-zettel creates a filename with the current stamp when called in the
capture template.  Said template is updated to have a place-holder for tags at
the end of a header.

Re-organize hooks and setqs, add two defuns

Hooks have been moved to after defuns, and mode settings
eg: (column-number-mode t) have been moved to after setqs.  This is to
combat errors found where some modes need to have variables set before
invocation.

Org settings have been moved to their own setq sexp.  Added binding
for org-capture.  Added some org-capture-templates.

Addition of some settings/modes.  Namely: midnight-mode,
mouse-avoidance-mode, set-face-underline for show-paren-match.

Added two defuns: set-cursor-by-mode, and go-into-hs-minor-mode.  Also
added hooks for the latter.
