my mind again.

This defun attempts to emulate the genera repl, where a balanced closing paren
will execute the command.  Noticed some odd behavior with syntax-ppss giving
negative values for nesting occaionally.  May need to add in something with
syntax-ppss-flush-cache if the issue comes up again.  Otherwise looks to
function correctly.

erfassen-zettel creates a filename with the current stamp when called in the

Hooks have been moved to after defuns, and mode settings
eg: (column-number-mode t) have been moved to after setqs.  This is to
combat errors found where some modes need to have variables set before
invocation.

Org settings have been moved to their own setq sexp.  Added binding
for org-capture.  Added some org-capture-templates.

mouse-avoidance-mode, set-face-underline for show-paren-match.
