init.  Other requirements were all put into one dolist - no prformance
difference vs loading after init.

Howm re-start

Howm appears to be well suited to the simplicity of GTD, much more so than the
overdone nature of org-mode.  I have moved the menu to this folder for two
reasons:
1. to have it on any computer on which I install emacs.
2. to make it not show up in the howm overview.

I have also removed unused templates, and
made the default capture template have a tag of "#inbox".

Using a slightly modified version of the org-gtd setup found at
https://github.com/rougier/emacs-gtd.  Greatly simplifies the whole org-mode
process, which I think will be better suited to my use case.
