leading spaces had been added in quite a few elisp blocks, so I removed those.
Updated org to default to indented again, and added a capture template for
next actions directly.  Filtered out projects from the waiting agenda, so that
I can mark a whole project as waiting for deadline purposes without it showing
up twice.
